BUS 310 - Human Resources Management Human resources management is presented as an integrated set of activities: developing human resource planning, job description and analysis, labor-management relations, compensation, performance appraisal, training, and career development. A comprehensive review of global competitive advantage in relation to the work environment is provided to develop the skills necessary for human resources management. Prerequisite(s): BUS 211 and junior standing, or permission of the instructor.
