BUS 315 - Human Resource Development


The development of human resources is critical to an organization’s ability to gain a competitive advantage in the modern business environment. The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the key concepts and skills necessary to analyze and deliver human resource development in an organization. In particular, students will learn how to identify human resource development needs and develop developmental objectives. design and implement effective development programs, and evaluate developmental programs. Course Typically Offered: Every 3 years.
