EDU 565 - Design and Implement a Secondary Math Coaching Practice, Part I This is the first course in a three-course series. This course offers an introduction to the theory and practice of secondary mathematics coaching. Students will examine the literature related to mathematics coaching with particular attention to the different models employed by school districts and the efficacy of coaching. Participants will use this knowledge to critically examine their own teaching practice. Focus will also be given to developing a shared vision of quality instruction in secondary mathematics.
