ENV 380 - Career preparation for scientists This course prepares students in the natural sciences for internships and the transition to careers or graduate programs. Topics will include career pathways in sciences, professional expectations, effective communication, and ethics. Students will develop professional portfolios of their work, refine application materials including resumes and cover letters, and practice interview skills. This class will also provide students an opportunity to interact with scientists across a range of careers and grow their professional network. Cross-Listed: BIO 380. Students may receive credit for only one of the courses. Course Typically Offered: Every Spring.
Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing or permission.
