Math Coaching K-8, Certificate

The Certificate in Math Coaching is designed for practicing educators interested in pursuing opportunities in Math Coaching. This certificate option is currently only available to coaching candidates accepted to the Maine Mathematics Coaching Project.

Certificate Requirements

Completion of this certificate requires the following four (4) UMF courses:

EDU 594 - Designing a K - 8 Math Coaching Practice Credits: 3
EDU 595 - Implementing a K-8 Math Coaching Practice Credits: 3
EDU 596 - Refining a K - 8 Math Coaching Practice Credits: 3
EDU 525 - Developing Formative Assessment Practices in the Mathematics Classroom Credits: 3
