GEO 219 - Geography of Maine This course examines the natural environments, cultural and economic patterns, and distinctive places of Maine. We explore Maine’s varied landscapes, its cultures and identities, urban and rural dynamics, social change, ecosystems, climates, and tourism trends, through readings, discussions, films, and applied exercises.
