PSY 235 - Introduction to Counseling This course introduces students to basic counseling skills and provides a survey of relevant theories of personality and psychopathology. Topics covered include psychological trauma, suicide risk assessment, intake assessment, case management fundamentals, and psychopharmacology. Course Typically Offered: Every semester.
Prerequisite(s): PSY 101 or PSY 225 or permission of the instructor
