BUS 365 - Organizational Leadership


This course will provide a comprehensive review of leadership theories, including classic theories and contemporary principles, including system-based approaches. The course will cover personality factors, ethics and values, self-assessment and development strategies, followership, motivation, power and influence, conflict, group dynamics, and change management. The course will utilize readings, self-evaluation, group interactions, and case studies to help students identify, analyze and develop leadership skills. Pass/Fail: Pass/Fail option. Course Typically Offered: Every 2 years.

Prerequisite(s): BUS 211   or permission of the instructor.
