To obtain a History minor, students must complete a total of twenty (20) credit hours: one course in U.S. history (at the 200 level or higher), two courses in global history (at the 200 level or higher), HTY 200 , and one history elective. Students must have a grade of C- or better for the courses to count towards the completion of the minor requirements.

One of the following from each category: Us Concentration:
(Complete One of the Following Courses - 4 Credits)
Global Concentration:
(Complete Two of the Following Courses - 8 Credits)
Complete HTY 200 (4 Credits)
Complete One Other HTY Course (4 Credits)
Total Credits for the Minor: 20
A minimum of one third of the required credits must be earned at UMF for a minor to be awarded.
