MAT 328 - Statistical Models

Exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling for regression and classification problems, including variable selection, model evaluation, predictive analytics, training and testing datasets, cross-validation, and misclassification rates. Students may not receive credit for both MAT 228 and MAT 328. Course Typically Offered: Odd spring.

Prerequisite(s): MAT 220 and MAT 251 (MAT 251 may be taken concurrently).
