ENG 161 - Introduction to Film Genres

This course provides an introduction to popular film genres (e.g., western, horror, romantic comedy, superhero) through pairings of classic and contemporary examples of each genre (e.g., horror films like the classic The Night of the Living Dead and the contemporary Get Out). Pass/Fail: Pass/Fail option. Course Typically Offered: Every spring.
