HEA 243 - Nutrition and Obesity An analytical study of the world-wide obesity epidemic. Focus will be on the underlying physiology of the “old human” in an industrialized world. Discussions will enable students to apply a synthesis of information from a variety of sources to evaluate the role of industrialization, social change, technology and human greed. Course Typically Offered: Every semester.
